I am a passionate UX Designer and Researcher dedicated to crafting seamless, user-centric digital experiences. With a background in marketing and UX, I approach design with a strategic mindset, ensuring that every interaction is intuitive, engaging, and backed by user insights. My philosophy revolves around continuous learning, iteration, and a deep understanding of user behaviors. Whether through heuristic evaluations, usability testing, or competitor analysis, I strive to create solutions that not only meet business goals but also enhance user satisfaction.
KFC – YUM! Brands UX Internship Experience
During my time at KFC as a UX Design and Research Intern, I played a key role in improving digital touchpoints for millions of users. My contributions helped the KFC Digital Team earn the Baymard Institute’s Top 1% UX Recognition in the ‘Restaurant and Delivery’ category—an achievement that highlights our commitment to excellence in user experience.
One of my primary responsibilities was leading the development of a standardized case study template used across the brand. This initiative improved documentation and knowledge-sharing within the team, ensuring consistency in how research findings and design solutions were communicated. Additionally, I led an upsell and add-on initiative, analyzing user behavior to optimize in-app purchase flows, resulting in increased conversion rates.
My role also involved conducting extensive user research through in-depth interviews, surveys, and heuristic evaluations. By evaluating competitor digital platforms and identifying key areas for improvement, I helped shape data-driven design decisions that enhanced KFC’s digital presence. These experiences strengthened my ability to synthesize user feedback, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and advocate for user needs in the design process.
